Stamping process: the stamping production line is equipped with rolling machine, horizontal band sawing machine, hydraulic copying pipe bending machine, plate shearing machine and air plasma cutting machine, etc., to complete the work of uncoiling, blanking, shearing, stamping forming and skeleton pipe bending forming, punching, etc.
Welding process: the bus body welding is completed on the welding production line, the transportation and transfer of the online station are realized by light rail + process car, and the sub-assembly is completed on the pre-station. The assembly is welded on the special matching welding tool, and the assembly is made into the top cover sub-assembly, the left and right side enclosing skeleton sub-assembly, the front and rear enclosing sub-assembly, the bottom frame sub-assembly, various door sub-assembly and other major assembly parts. Among them, the outer skin of front and rear circumference are all stamping parts, welded on the tire and the skeleton. The roof skin is also formed by roll forming, using low operating process.
Painting process: the layout of the painting line adopts the form of small assembly line and the drawer-type process layout. The transportation of the workpiece between processes is completed by electric truck. The bus body is completed in the painting workshop through complete vehicle electrophoresis, bottom spraying, foaming, top gluing, putty spraying, surface spraying, color separation and polishing. Painting workshop has the pretreatment line, bus painting line, small spraying line. Supporting facilities are sewage treatment stations, recycling pools and so on.
